I have a Gross Total Income from salary 5,26,496.00. After deductions under VI-A my taxable income 4,31,300.00. So whether it is mandatory for me to file e return. for the five lakh limit Gross Total Income or taxable income is taken. Pls reply

In your case pls refer to the page No. 2 & 3 of the following link as per income tax notification-

Thus, if you are filing ITR-3 or ITR-4, e-filing is mandatory otherwise it's optional.
As per sec 139 every person whose gross total income is more than Rs 5 lakh is required to file there income tax return e-file
I have registered my PAN,but whenever I am log in it is showing password incorrect.If I am using forget passwords,it showing user ID does not exist. If I am going to register as new,it shows already registered. Can help me?

When you login you see two further options Forget password and Resend Activation Link .Go for second option and follow further procedure mentioned in thar
