I am living coimbatore

I am an real estate business. I have one plot for the 1977-1978 for Rs.12000/- The land was sold on for the financial year 2009-2010 for Rs.10 lacs. I have deposited sale amount in Co-op bank a/c. How to file? My earning of income of only the despoit interest amount only. Please help sir
