Income tax bank account validation.

E-Filing site showing Restricted Refund for some people and for some Bank accounts.I observed for some shows as Eligible For refund and for some it is showing as Restricted Refund..No KYC problem and account is also validated & EVC enabled.Can anybody guide me why this restricted refund up to 50 lacs message appearing, does this means up to 50 lacs refund no problem even there is a minior mismatch in the name.

For example IT site showing Boopath( first name only) where as bank account showing Boopathy pandian (first name and last name) this restrcted message coming..
