Income tax and TDS

Hello, I would like to make it clear whether scheduled Tribes  from Nagaland are    TDS exempted from winning in online poker? As according to sec 10(26) of Income Tax Act, they are exempted from income tax, so this exemption includes winning from poker?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether Scheduled Tribes from Nagaland are exempt from Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on winnings from online poker. While Section 10(26) of the Income Tax Act exempts tribal income in the North East Region, the online nature of poker raises questions about whether winnings sourced outside the region are still eligible for this exemption.

Section 10(26), which gives the tribals an exemption of tax from any income source in the areas of North East Region or by way of dividend or interest on securities.

but here online poker means it will be a source from out of North East Region hence TDS will be deducted.
I agree with ramaraju.
