We had filled ITR & Waiting for TDS refund, but now we check the status of refund so status is showing is Others - Paper refund was cancelled or electronic credit rejected by the bank of the assessee with the reasons others. Contact your assessing officer for fresh release of refund.

They are sending refund in same bank in which last year send but maybe that bank is not active. So prevalidate other bank and raise refund reissue with that new bank
