He likes to file IT. pls suggest can he file IT and which ITR...

Dear Sir,
Doing Finance Business is legal when he carry out their business by taking License from RBI. But In Income tax there is no differnce between legality and illgality both are trated as equal for income tax act purposes.
In this case he can file a ITR 3 because its a business income .
