how to show income in income tax return when all GST returns are filed nil.....

If You are filed your GST Returns as Nil then How to File ITR with income... It's very difficult and Penalties is levied under GST...
first kindly tell why did you took registration in GST if you had to file gst return nil and on the other hand you wanted to show income in ITR ?

*** In case Your client ask again will file ITR then You must reply as "In any of problems in future I m not responsible for the Problems".
If he will agreed then You can move...
But, It's not advisable for You and Your profession.

Also it's loan purpose then bank will definitely ask GST returns for matching Incomes and return.
