I have one query that i m filing my ITR 1offline Form of Ay 18-19, So in that in Verfication Coloum one option is showing mandatory , that i further declare that i m making this return in my capicity as________________and i m also competent to make this return amd verify
so just tell me what i have Write on the above empty Space so i could upload my Itr as soon as possible..

If you are filling your own return, you can choose..... 'SELF' or 'Individual' ......
Individual/Himself / Herself could be used if the individual himself / herself is verifying.
Writing INDIVIDUAL is appropriate to write If you are Filing your ITR in Individual Capacity, Bcoz in the earlier ITRS there were options like : Individual ( for persons filing ITR in individual capacity ) or HUF ( for Hindu undivided family ) . Hope this helps !!

Okk Thanks or if i m filing of other person then what to write
If you are filing for other person also U may write INDIVIDUAL if the person U are filing is a sole person and an INDIVIDUAL and not under category of HUF.
However, If you are TRP ( Tax Return Preparer ) then U will have to write your codes, and U get some amount from IT Department as commission
for rendering TRP service, but only if you are registered with IT Department as TRP

However, It is repeated again write Invidividual , Bcoz the ITR is from your Uncle who is an Individual not a company or under category of HUF

firm - partner or managing partner
company - director or managing director and so on
