194-C is applicable to contrats like work contract, online marketing, and tds rate is 1% if payment made to individual or proprietorship firm and 2% for other than individual.
On the other hand 194-J is applicable for professional income like CA, CS, Doctor, advocates, consultancy fees, etc and tds rate is 10% flat.
