Income tax
A file of my mom and a huf is not filed for last 10 years , if i file for last 2 A. Y. as non tax, any consequence?

No problem in normal case.......

Normal case means none of the factors like AIR or NMS reports......... cash deposits during demonetization period......... etc.......
untill unless file get scrutinised......everything is normal
