is donation given to prime minister national relief fund or national defence fund or any other such types of fund is deductible under the cal of PGBP or not. pls tell me with reason

All donation needed to be added back to Net Profit while calculating PGBP.
You can claim 50% / 100% deduction of donation amount under Sec 80G of Chapter VIA.
