I have received summon to appear before IT officer, wanted to know if a representative appears before the IT officer do we get the acknowledgement that the represtative has appeared before the said officer

HII Sir,
You have to appear directly before the IT Officer for sommons received. Authorized representative cant allowed in the case of sommons. it is not neccessary to appear you alone, you can acompany your advisor/ expert.
