Dear Sir,
One of my client get registraion U/s 12AA of Income Tax Act, 1961 in June, 2007 from 01/04/2002. The assessment proceeding of A.Y. 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06 was done by Assessing Officer. We have paid High Tax on that years. Now i have received registration from 01/04/2002. So can i claim refund of tax paid on that previous years where assessment has been done. If i claim then what is the procedure for the same?
