WE have filed our income tax return for our company on 30/09/2009 through E-Filing but acknowledgement paper has not stamped to I.Tax Dept.with in time limit (15 days) so if we sent acknowledgement today to Dept.it amount to Non-Filing of REturn ? What is the implication of same as per I.Tax Act

If ack Copy is not stamped then the date of stamp on it will be date of filing the return or you have to file revised return for the same year.

late submission of ack of efiling is treated as belated return u/s 139(4) and belated retrun cant be revised
