How can file income tax return (Nil return) for the AY 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15 in this year. For getting housing loan from banks in my district income tax return is mandatory . Please help me friends

Income tax returns for 2012-13 and 2013-14 asst years cannot now be filed. YOu can file for Ay 2014-15 even now. Why would any Home loan lender want a nil return I wonder??
You can file return only for A.Y. 2014-15 now.
Yes you can file online but such returns have no value as security. Anyways if its a formality you can go ahead.
Only 2014-15 can be filled
For others u have to go for offline mode

You can file return for a.y. 2014-15 in belated section u/s- 139 (4). But there is a Disadvantage u cannot revised this return.and secondly you can not file return for a.y. 2012 -13, ay.13-14,.for this returns u can contact your income tax officer.
