income from reallocation

mr.A had a land of 1 acre & he was staying there from last 20 years.

mr.B claimed the above land in court saying that land is belongs to his ancestors.

court given a decision in favour of mr. B

and also asked him to pay 5L as a reallocation amount to mr.A since he was staying from long time.

can anyone please tell under which head this income will be charged in the hands of mr. A.
