Income from profession-itr type

Hi Good Evng All.

I'm Earning Income from profession for FY'14-15 amount of Rs.5,14,000/-.

Which Form I need to file ITR-1, or ITR-4S.

Please guide me.

ITR 4 should be applicable in your case

ITR 1 can not be used for declaring Income from Business or Profession

ITR 4S

This Return Form cannot be used to file the following incomes
"Income from a profession as referred to in sub-section (1) of section 44AA or income from agency business or income in nature of commission for brokerage;"

S.44AA Every person carrying on legal, medical, engineering or architectural profession or the profession of accountancy or technical consultancy or interior decoration or any other profession as is notified by the Board in the Official Gazette

Authorised representatives, Film Artists, Company Secretaries and Profession of Information and Technology have been notified by the CBDT as notified professions.
