if i recieve a house property with consideration (not from relatives) , will i be charged under IOS ?
in my opinion ios says only about immovable property without consideration and nothing abt with consideration...

Couldn't understand your query, whether you purchased a immovable property or not and whether you have paid amount or not. Please clarify it.
