Hi All,
A Person basicaly NRI and having a Commercial rental palce in Chennai in its own name and given for rent purpose and he collecting rent from tenant and tenant also deducting TDS for Rent and the tenant depositing amount to his NRO account.
(NRI having only the rental Income no other income in India).
Now my query is
1. The Income from HP is taxed under which rate?
a). Individual slabs are applicable?
b) If there any Spl rate of Tax for this?
please give a suggesstion
