Property owner mother but rent received in son account can we show income house property income in son s Itr.

Quick Summary
If you own a property but the rent is being received in your son's bank account, the rental income is still taxable in your hands as the owner. It cannot be shown in your son's Income Tax Return (ITR). The income must be declared in the mother's ITR only.

No you cannot show income in son's account.
Income shall be taxable in the hands of mother (owner) only.
