06 September 2021I Work as a freelance and recieve payment in USD from PayPal and Payoneer India. If I cross 10lakh a year do I still need to file income tax. I have no local incomes source How can I get benefits of earning dollars is there any scheme which help freelance as export of IT services how can I avail the benefits. Currently I have no company setup in India payment comes to my savings account.

You have to file ITR compulsorily. Declare the total inward dollars, with the net earnings over it.
