My friend is a Govt. employee (Income from salary & Bank Interest) and this year earned Rs. 21,500 from a organisation as casual income. ( steno jobwork). TDS has been deducted by that organisation and reflected in 24AS (194J). Which ITR to file ?

file ITR-1 form and show that income under other sources.
