hello . individual gets 2 months rent from fathers property after fathers death so 2 months rental income should be taxed to the son and corporation tax paid and deduction under sec 24a should be applied proportionately ?

If he is the only child and the property is free from any possible claims, the income will be taxed in hands of the son as you said( i.e. after allowing porportionate deductions)
