Yes , TDS to be deducted inclusive of service tax except the payment which is made in Section 194 I and Section 195

True ... There is only a notification as per my opinion with regards to 194J as too exclusion of Service tax for calculation of TDS else for others it is alws inclusive..

TDS shall be deducted on AMOUNT INCLUSIVE OF ST only for Sec 194 J & 194 C, for all other sec it is exclusive of service tax.

For cslculsting TDS under any sections except for section 194 I i.e. TDS on Rent Service Tax is to be included in the amount of Expense...!!1
