Dear Experts,
Partner ship firm having 3 partners obtained PAN in the name of the partnership firm. New partner ship deed was prepared by adding 4th partner without changing the name of the firm and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
My question is how to add the 4th partner in the Pan card of the firm.
Please guide me.

PAN is entity based and not partner based. Change in constitution of Partnership does require any changes in the PAN database. however, there are certain income-tax provision which could get activated.
Unless you have changed the Firm's name or its registered address, there is no need to make any changes in the PAN database.
