INCENTIVE TO FOREIGN BR EMPLOYEE

Hi all,

A company (Indian) having a foreign branch and the company wants to pay incentives to the employees of Foreign branch.I want to know whether any legal complications will arise in paying the incentives to them. Tax on the same will appropriately be deducted and all the employees concerned are also having VALID PAN.
