A private company has shown allotment before increase in authorised capital...somehw it has been accepted by the MCA.Please tell the solution to rectify.

Approach RoC.
Or else, file a revised form-20B with the actual share capital. Your master data will be automatically corrected.

Increase the Authorized capital from the date prior to the date of allotment and file the documents with the ROC.
