Dear Expert very urgent need help
you give me your mail id ,i will send you sample copy of AOA and you remove points as mentioned in error
i have shaded in yellow colour as mentioned in error
you check with this sample copy. this MOA and AOA is not for Chit fund company
but liability clause and Capital Caluse are same for all companies
