Inc-22 & inc-22a active - issue

Company was incorporated in January 2017 and have not filed Form-INC-22 ( Registered Office) , the promoters of the company need to file it now, But MCA shows an error " the company is Active non-compliant ". When trying to file Form-INC-22A-Active, MCA shows error " the company need to file Form-INC-22. Now both forms can't be filed due to MCA error, is there is any solution.
