Inc - 1 not available on mca site

Hi Friends,

I am not able to find FORM INC - 1 on MCA site, what is reason ? for new companies, they can file through SPICE but if the existing company wants to change the name, how to find out name availability ! , when I use old FORM INC - 1, it says as it is old Form, what shall I do.

use RUN facility...which is for reservation of name in place of INC 1...

You can also use SPICE or INC 32 bcz it is cost effective than RUN

RUN stands for reserve unique name....u vl find that under MCA services....nd FAQs r also awailable at MCA site ...
