No option is left for you, that too Central registration center has descrition to approve or not to approve name, if client is not so particular about name, avail such other name.

If the client is not in hurry, u can even wait for the name to expire as in either case fresh fees has to be paid by you. I also doubt that ROC will provide you the same name again coz it must be already registered as per ROC documents.
