In which section computer amc will cover 194c or 194j & why

Hi everyone,

Can you please clarify that, In which section Computer AMC will cover 194C or 194J & why ? Or is it compulsory that if there is an AMC then it will cover in 194C ?  

If there is any key, how to identify the transaction that i will cover in 194C or 194J, then please provide me.

194J is usually for payment made to professionals.

Computer AMC payment will attract 194C provided the payment exceedings its limit u/s 194C.
