I want to know that in a single tax invoice can charge different rate of gst rate for supply of goods.

yes it can be done but in invoice you have mention each tax details
yes multiple products can be shown in a single invoice with different GST rates. only disadvantage is that on packing &_forwarding you have to charge highest rate.
