A private company is under the process of striking off due to non filing of annual returns and Balance sheet for several years. Now the directors wants to normalise the company for carrying the business. What are the procedure for Normalising from this status.Tried e-form 61 but it is only for normalisation of dormant company.
*Note : The company has not been struck off yet , it is in the process of striking off.

First of all please explain that what is the stage of striking off process as it takes 3-5 months. if the company is yet to receive third notice(FINAL), contact Registrar and file all the returns and B/S which are pending.
