If the supportings are not considered for HRA expemption by employer . Can the same be claimed in ITR1 while filing & if yes then how ? The same is not being considered in Form 16 provided by employer.

In itr1 can hra exemption be claimed by salaried employee.

If there is valid documents to prove the HRA exemption you can clain it in the ITR even it was not provided to the employer. In case of any query raised by the IT dept., the so mentioned documents can be uploaded to justify your return.
