For the Time Being,
It has been Deferred from portal.
When it will be available you can add missing invoices in GSTR-2A

MISSING INVOICES, NOT REFLECTED IN GSTR 2A , U CAN ADD THEM IN GSTR 2.
HOWEVER, FOR THE TIME BEING , IT IS DEFERRED.

Can we claim the Input Gst we missed in the previous months?
If yes,how it is adjusted ??(because our seller will file GSTR1 for that month and we haven't claimed in that particular month,how to C/F to the next month?)

You can take Input Credit.
Show in your GSTR-3B, It does not matter
The utility for filing gstr2 is made available. we have to generate file in gstr2A and download date in JSON import the same in the utility and make the necessary changes as per the instructions given on portal.
