DEAR SIR

                 MY CLINT DEAL IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT SO AS PER LAW GST RATE IS APPLICABLE IS 8% BUT NOW I WANT TO FILE MY GSTR1 SO IN THIS FORM I CAN'T FIND 8% GST HEAD SO HOW CAN I FILE GSTR1 AND HOW TO SOW THIS TRANSACTION IN THIS RETURN KINDLY HELP ON THIS MATTER.

The GST rate is 12% but after reducing 1/3 land it comes to 8% .
Let's Suppose total consideration 4500/- .
1/3 of 4500 is 1500/- , so accessible value is 3000/- (4500-1500) & 12% of 3000/- comes to 360/- (8% of 4500/- is also =360/-)

So in GSTR 1 under Gross value Report figure RS.4500/- & in Taxable value against 12% rate report 3000/-
