I would like to raise an important query to me fellow aspiring CA students. THE LOKSABHA & RAJYASABHA HAVE PASSED THE COMPANIES ACT AMENDMENT BILL.... Are these Amendments going to be applicable for the MAY 2010 (PCC or FINAL) attempts...?

i dont think its passed in loksabha.it was jus introduced.so long as it is not passed thr will not be any change in syllabi....kindly correct me if i am wrong

All the amendments and notifications having effect before 6 months of the attempt are applicable. to make sure kindly go thru CA journal and RTP....
