Can anyone recommend me most important and easy chapters in AMA?
Is Practice Manual enough for 50 to 60 marks?

There are no chapters which are "important and easy" at this level. You are trying your luck if you do only PM in order to score 50 to 60 marks.

it is not about chapter.. first you need to focus whether you know the basic concept. like marginal costing, absorption costing and standard costing. these concepts generally covered more than 30-40 marks... so if you are strong conceptually. you can manage AMA even with less practice. because time is constraint in your situation.
