Import service registration necessary

Dear All,

We are the company called manufacture of Parma products, and frequently we receive legal services from foreign country, the said legal services actually relating to trade mark registration in outside India for our product

My Doubt is the said service is whether is come under purview of import services

If it is come under import services, in which services category we have to pay service tax for such import service, because we already registered only GTA services only for our company. Hence we want to register legal service in our registration
