REGISTRATION OF COSMATICS PRODUCTS IMPORTED IN TO THE COUNTRY IN INDIA IS MANDATORY AS PER RULES 21 & ACCORDING TO THE RULE CHANGE 129 OF DRUGS AND COSMATICS RULES , 1945.

FROM APRIL 2011 , REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY.
