GST RCM on import ocean freight on CIF basis are ultra vires & double taxation , judgement given by supreme court
we paid above rcm on exempted import goods.The product is exempted hence we can not take input credit.
My question is, can we take refund
on above gst paid from July 2017 to up to this date.
please guide
