My company is registered under Gst and we are providing services outside India also. During the course of providing services outside India,We also received services from local service provider of that country. Payment has been made through company account.Do we have to treat as import of services and pay gst under reverse charge??

How to raised Bill by local Service provider
RCM is suspended till 30th june 2018
RCM under section 9(4) of the CGST Act and 5(4) of the IGST Act 2017 has been suspended till 30th June 2018.
RCM under section 9(4) of the CGST Act and 5(4) of the IGST Act 2017 has been suspended till 30th June 2018. if services availed in that country ( to complete the export transaction) falls under section 5(3) of the IGST Act then IGST payable on import of services.
