One person(registered on GST) selling goods through own e-commerce website which is built on shopify platform. Shopify charge some fixed fees on monthly basis and some % of sales done online. There are various application are plugged in for marketing, billing, Inventory management etc
Whether there is any GST implications on the above transaction?
GST on RCM is applicable?
Shopify don't have any permanent establishment in India?
Also someone can share if any income tax and equalisation levy implications?

That's why I don't use Shopify. You know, there are so many other e-commerce platforms to choose from. Here's the list www.ecommerceplatforms.com of these platforms. My friend shared it with me. He has 3 e-commerce businesses. Btw, he uses Magento by Adobe. Anyway, the choice is up to you, but I don't like to use Shopify. It's a fact that this platform is the most popular, and that's why you can always find a solution for any problem that occurs. But, personally, I just don't like Shopify. That's my concern.
