Import of second hand goods.

There is no restriction on import of second hand capital goods (except below mentioned) . Second hand goods other than capital goods have been put under the ‘restricted’ category of the import policy
Restricted second hand capital goods
(i) Personal computers
/ laptops
(ii) Photocopier
machines / Digital
multifunction Print &
Copying Machines
(iii) Air conditioners
(iv)Diesel generating
sets

There is no ban of 5 years also??
