You need to take Importer Exporter Code (IEC) from DGFT as the goods will be imported for the business purpose.The needs to be Customs cleared by following Customs procedures paying applicable Customs duty.
But one thing is to see that the goods which is to be imported in India Must be Free for Import in India .
