There is no provision which will allow you to procure cars under duty exemption. EOUs can only procure some authorized capital goods on duty exemption. You are entitled for duty exemption only if these are part of your capital good projection. The list of authorized capital goods are listed in the Notifications 52/2003 Cus. and 22/2003 CE Dt. 31.03.2003
