Import from thailand goods

All imports shall be deemed as inter-State supplies and accordingly IGST shall be levied in addition to the applicable Custom duties. GST on goods imported into India shall be levied and collected at the point when duties of customs are levied.

You have to pay GST with custom duty, if applicable at time of import.

You can take ITC of same, if eligible as per provision of act.
