Import export data confidentiality
plz tell me if there is any way to keep information of import from china confidential or is there any way to secure the data from import database keeping companies?

While you cannot "opt-out" of customs reporting, you can apply for data suppression through the DGCI&S if you are a major trader in a specific product category. Additionally, be aware that the commercial sale of customs data is legally prohibited in India; you may consult legal counsel if your trade secrets are being exposed in a way that violates these regulations.
