I'm trying to apply for IEC but system asks repetedly to enter master data and doesn't save the same.

KINDLY NOTE THAT FOR SAVE OPTION CLICK ON THE BUTTON ON "UPDATE" THEN IT WILL BE UPDATE...

Yes, I did click "EDIT/ UPDATE"  even then the problem persists.
